Is it the fifth doppelganger or just another fake out? For a half second, before I realized it was NPH in a beard, I was convinced that the doctor was Jeremy Davies/Daniel Faraday. Because of Jorge Garcia’s previous guest appearance, this clearly meant that HIMYM takes place on the island and the mother will actually be Allison Janney. But then my hopes and dreams were shattered.
